Yoga is a journey of self discovery, exploring the body, the breath, the mind and spirit.

What Style?   At Om Shanti Shanti we teach an approach to yoga that comes from Professor T. Krishnamacharya, who is considered to be one of the greatest yogis of the past century, and whose teachings have greatly influenced the practice of Yoga throughout the modern world. There is not any 'one style' taught, but many depending on the needs and circumstances of the individual or group being taught. Consideration is always given to the needs of the students that stand before the teacher. As a certified teacher from the Krishnamacharya Tradition (KHYF accredited), the teacher is adaptable in their approach teaching a wide range of practices from gentle, therapeutic, to more challenging sequences, pranayama, meditation and chanting.

Group, Corporate classes or Individual classes    As everyone has different needs Om Shanti Shanti offers a range of classes. Group classes (limited numbers to ensure personalised attention), corporate classes at your workplace or individual classes in the comfort of your own home.
